We’re at that time again where the AGM is fast approaching and in line with our usual processes a number of reports have been generated by the club officials for the shareholders to review prior to the AGM.

Applications have now closed for anyone wishing to stand for the 2016 Hastings Conquerors American Football Club Committee.

Whilst the majority of roles have had applications submitted for, the role of Gameday Manager has not been applied for by anyone. In addition, no role has been contested this year, meaning there will be no need for shareholder vote at this years AGM providing all applicants are accepted into these roles.

The Agenda for the AGM will proceed as follows:-

  • Apologies for absence
  • Chairman’s Report
  • Financial Report
  • Election of Committee
  • Proposals for 2016 Changes
  • Q&A Session

 

There will be a questions and answer session at the end of the meeting, so if you have any questions you wish to raise, but are unable to attend, please email these to committee@hastingsconquerors.co.uk where they will be read out and answered.
