To all Players and Supporters of Hastings Conquerors American Football Club
As Chairman of the club I would like to invite you to and inform you of this year’s AGM. Although slightly earlier than previous years the committee and I have agreed that to get a good head start on the 2018 season the AGM should be moved forward.
The AGM will be held at The Royal Albert, Battle Road, Hastings, TN37 7AP at 19:30 on Wednesday the 11th of October. At the AGM we will elect in the 2018 committee looking to fill all roles as well as our Head Coach Position. Detail of positions and how to apply are below:-
- Vice Chairman
- Head Coach
- Player Liaison
- Events Co-Ordination
- Game Day Manager
- Generic Committee Members
To apply for a position please send an e-mail to email@example.com inserting “Committee Application” in the subject box. Please include in the email your full name, position applied for and brief synopsis of what you can bring to the Hasting Conquerors Committee. Applications will close at midnight on the 10th October 2017.
You do not have to be in attendance to apply or be selected for a position but to cast a vote on an applicant you must be. After the positions are filled and the committee has been officially confirmed there will be an open meeting to discuss plans and ideas for the coming season.
At this point I would personally like to thank all of the 2017 committee for their hard work this season and express my gratitude to all players and supporters of the Hastings Conquerors for their continuous enthusiasm showed towards the team.
